Welcome to Hallem, where genuine relationships build coherent solutions and contribute to transforming society.
We do our work with seriousness, simplicity and lightness, breaking barriers, and questioning traditions in search of the best result for you and the world.
.
We are an office that invests in relationships based on balance, where personal and professional fulfillment go together.
That is how we approach people to the law.

WE DO IT FOR PASSION
HALLEM is much more than an acronym, than the union of the initials of our founding partners. It is the union of people who believe that acting on principles and purposes is the basis for beneficial and reciprocal relationships. It is looking beyond traditional firm-client relationships and building true and trusting bonds. It is, above all, working with passion.

Understanding and walking together
First of all, we want to understand your business, your needs and your situation. From there and with our knowledge and experience we will think, reflect and offer solutions that make sense. We will be by your side until everything is resolved.
Stronger together
Best solutions, including legal ones, are the result of several minds thinking together, in an integrated and multidisciplinary way. Thus, we tread a path based on your needs and objectives, through legal possibilities and in search of the most efficient, simple and coherent result.
Three axes and many ways to help
We operate from three axes - consulting, transaction and litigation -, but with many possibilities of combinations for what you need.

We inverted the pyramid
Our team is led and formed by extremely skilled and experienced lawyers: we inverted the traditional pyramid!
And here is a big part of our differential: seniority, professionals who add value to the services, with the goal to identify the best and most complete strategies and solutions for our clients.
